We have changed the sender of email reminders and email notifications.
Instead of using the default one autonotifications@concur.com we replace it using one of our own.
We noticed that most of the employees were not reading those emails because they had a rule in outlook that is sending this emails to an archive folder.
By using a custom sender from our company, users will pay more attention to these emails.
