At this time, we have not migrated to the new platform due to technical challenges. We will be continuing to utilize the original Solution Suggestions tool within the Support Portal. We are will continue to work on program improvements and will be providing updates as we have them.

The current SS UI is really poor. I also question how much it is used by Concur to decide what features to enhance. I sometimes wonder if it's an easy "out" for support to simply say "it's working as designed, you need to put in a SS for that, goodbye".
