Reporting/Intelligence is timing out

We have been getting a "timeout" in Intelligence since last week.  Anyone else running into this issue with their Concur reports?

This happened 2 months ago, and Concur was able to determine a server/load balancing issue.

Thanks Grant.

That helps. We had Concur reporting services take a look and with the rebuilt reports the issues appears to have gone away.

Hi David,

We are getting this error too.  I raised a case with Concur yesterday but I'm still waiting for a response.

Yes, we did create a ticket.

There are no issues with Intelligence. Working as expected

Hi David,

Just to provide a little clarification: There are two built in limitations on reports in Intelligence; one limits execution time to 1 hour (3600 seconds), the other limits rows returned  to 200,000.

This is genrally not an issue, but can come up with larger reports or with larger companies, or in hour case, where there was a server issue.
