Empty screen problem

Hello all,

 

For 1 month, Android app shows an empty screen after login. When I looked to Google Play page of SAP Concur, there are too many compliant comments about exactly the same problem. I live in Turkey and I don't know if this problem occurs only for Turkish users. Apple version works fine by the way.

What version do you have? I'm in the US and everything seems to be working just fine. You can put in a Concur Support ticket.

Are you still getting this issue? In case, I suggest that you open a Support ticket to have this further investigated by our Support Engineers from the mobile Team. You can reach out to your Concur Adminnistrators to open a case on your behalf. Kindly include on the case:

I have been sumbitted to beta program and beta version works fine. I didn't try to go back to normal version to see if it works fine.
