Delegate Tool Bar Missing

Hi,

I am listed as a delegate, but when acting on behalf of that user, there is no main tool bar. When I am logged in as them, there are no actions I can take. There is only a new message posted from my company. Has anyone experienced this and how can I fix it?

@jredwing I see you are listed as a Delegate for two people, which of the two are you trying to act on behalf of? If you don't want to post the name publicly, send me a private message by clicking my username (KevinD) then clicking the Message button.
