We recently had a new printer installed and everything seems to be working properly except in one particular function (VL01N). When it goes to auto print omegle the order after saving it gets snagged up trying to print this extra page that the system has always generated but never attempted to print until the new printer. Normally only things that say perform refresher sp27 (short printer name) would print but now it is trying to print this LCPD document which it thinks is some custom size paper and freezes up the printer every time.
