SABRE PROFILES SAFE MODE NOT AVAILABLE

what does this  mean ?

Why can't I make a reservation ?

I've been on phone hold for an hour - is the phone system broken ?

Penny wise and pound foolish........

@ml2 here is the explanation as to why this happens: 

This error message appears when the PCC (Pseudo City Code) of your Travel Management Company has been migrated from Sabre STARS to Sabre Profiles, but the related settings in Travel Configuration and Agency Details have not been changed yet.

 

Probably doesn't help much, but the only way to get this resolved is to contact your internal SAP Concur travel admin. Check Company Notes for help links or contact information.
