Not able to book a hotel

Dear colleagues,

Just wonder if we have any ongoing system issue with booking hotel in Concur?

I got error each time after pressing the "Reserve hotel and continue" button. See pic below.

Does anyone know what is the issue and how to get it fixed?

@Fiona0801 I recommend reaching out to your company's travel agency to see if there is possibly some issue with your profile synching.
