No "Turkish Airlines" or "Miles&Smiles" Program anymore

Hello, I am traveling with "Miles&Smiles" program from Turkish Airlines. But the booking can not processed (Travelfusion Fare Summary: Sorry, we are unable to complete your booking / Traveler Details Error - Frequent Flyer Number Missing). In fact it is "there" and not missing. I tried to add "Turkish Airline Frequent Traveller Program" but it is not in the drop down list (screenshots available). Does anyone know the cause ?
