Error message when trying to itemise expense

I can't submit my expenses because the following error message appears when I try to itemise hotel expenses:

"Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again.

If the problem persists, please contact your company administrator or help desk with the following incident code: c395e021-c69f-4f4a-8665-ef19612cd9b6"
