Error Message

Hello. I received this error message.

We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system. These data may help you (or client support) diagnose the problem:
ID: AHHReservationError_ErrorResponse
Message: Booking is unsuccessful..

Any suggestions? Thanks

@cewalker the error message isn't very helpful, is it? 🙂

I don't know what would cause this, but if you need to book a hotel, I suggest calling your company's travel agency to see if they can get it booked for you. I posted your error message internally to see if I can get any guidance on it.
