Cancel Travel due to death in family

I have been on hold for 1hr and 56min trying to cancel my travel due to a death in the family.

I would rather not spend anymore time on hold and if I can cancel via the APP and not get penalized due to the reasoning behind the cancelation I will do it that way.

@Hebo70 I know this was last week, but for my edification...who were you on hold with? How did you end up canceling?
