Assigned as a Travel Assistant, Can No Longer Access their Profiles

I'm a travel arranger for multiple people at my company, and as of yesterday I can no longer see their profiles or "Act as Other User" from my account. Nothing has changed, I know all three people did not remove me as their travel delegate. I've closed/refreshed my browser, I've tried a different browser, no difference. Any ideas?

@CM4 has anyone else experienced this issue at your company? I'm asking because last time I saw this come up here on the community, it was an isolated incident that I couldn't recreate. Your best option is to submit a help ticket to SAP Concur Support to have them look into it.

Hi Kevin, no one else that I know if is having this issue. I looked into submitting a help ticket, but I don't believe I have access to the User Support Desk. Any suggestions?
