Concur invoice - for international locations

Hello,

Does concur invoice work for companies located, for example in Japan, Taiwan and China?  Do those locations still need to keep original invoices for statuatory and government audits?  Are original invoices mandatory (no pdf copies) for those audits, or can pdf invoices be used?

That is an excellent question!

The professional edition of Concur Invoice is now available in Japan and the standard edition of Concur Invoice will be released in June 2018. Concur Invoice is not currently available in China or Taiwan.

In China, companies are required to keep and store all their original invoices. In Japan, they are no longer required to store original copies.
