how do I fix this error message

@d112111 from the message, it sounds like you have at least one company card transaction that you have not yet submitted. Your card transactions will need to be submitted before you can submit anything out of pocket. 

 

Click Expense at the top of your screen to go the Manage Expenses screen. If you scroll down a bit you should see Available Expenses. This is where you would see your unsubmitted company card transactions.

@d112111 me again. Just for your reference, you have four company card transactions, one of which dates back to April. See screenshot.
