cant submit an expense

I didnt have an issue with the website last month but now I am trying to submit an expense & the company/accounting unit/activity code is not filled in & when I click the drop down it pops open then closes again. I have typed the correct information & its not staying. I have tried different web browsers & the app and nothing is working.

Hello,

It is possible that your profile needs updating/correction since it is now blank. I would reach out to your internal Concur Administration to check your profile for missing information that they made need to fill in again. If your company does an import file, the issue could also be there.
