cant change bank info

i cannit find the option to update/ change bank info . i do not see it where it should be .

In the upper right corner of the screen, there should be a dropdown for "Profile". One of the choices should then be "Profile Settings". Once in the settings screen, "Bank Information" should show under "Expense Settings". If it does not, I would reach out to your internal Concur Administrator as something may not be correct with your set-up.

@aijahm1024 It is also possible that your company doesn't have the option turned on for the Expense Group you have been assigned. If you don't see Bank Information based on @JessicaL's instructions, but you believe you should be entering your bank information, then speak with your direct manager. We have several customers who require bank information, but it gets entered on an internal intranet site, not in SAP Concur.
