Who is using the missing receipt affidavit functionality?

We are looking at using Concur's missing receipt affidavit functionality in the New Year, I need to gather information for our training material and some feedback.

Hi, We are. Did you have any specific questions? The number of missing receipt affidavits submitted per person is scrutinised and we do not accept Missing receipt affidavit for expenses paid out of someone's own pocket.

We wasnt sure if this was something we had to set up or reach out to concur support, since I posted my question I have found out my manager has now sent in a request for Concur support to help us.
