WHY CAN'T I ADD A BUSINESS GUEST TO THE OUTSIDE PARTIES' BUSINESS MEAL?

I AM TRYING TO CREATE AND ADD A NEW BUSINESS GUEST TO THIS LINE: EXTERNAL PARTY BUSINESS MEAL A SEVERAL TIMES AND BEFORE I FINISH ENTERING DATA, CONCUR CLOSE AND GIVE THIS MESSAGE:

"Error
Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again. correlation_id: 53e5c149-ea2a-47a1-b541-c11fbc497e19 TypeError: e is undefined."

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP ?
