Using Expense App

An employee was set up to use expense app last August but has not used it yet, however now she is unable to sign in. Does the app get suspended if not in use?

She may have to update the app since she has never used and there have been updates to the app in the last year. I would recommend updating the app and confirming her login details with your company's Concur Administrator. Perhaps her password has expired and needs to be reset.

@AKENNEDY we have made changes to the mobile app login process, so she would definitely need to make sure she has the latest version of the app and she should log in to the Web version of SAP Concur to ensure her password has not expired like @JessicaL mentioned.

Thanks Kevin, where can she access latest version, and can you tell me how she accesses the web version of SAP Concur, or can I log in for her to check as I have access to this?

@AKENNEDY the latest version of the mobile app is in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Market (for Android). She would access the web version of Concur by going to: www.concursolutions.com

 

Have you logged into the web version of SAP Concur? If so, she would access it the same way you do. However, she needs to enter her username and password. 

 

My guess is she doesn't know her password. If you are one of your company's SAP Concur site administrators, you can provide her a new temporary password. 

 

Are you a site administrator?

@AKENNEDY Okay. You should have everything you need to get her up and running. Just provide her with her SAP Concur Username (login ID), set her up with a new temporary password, then have her go to: www.concursolutions.com. If the system doesn't prompt her to change her password, she should change it.
