Unable to find bank account details in concur

Is concur automatically takes bank account details for JP Morgan employees or do we have to set it explicitly?
I went through below link to find my answer but it's not helping as 
Under My Profile -> Expense settings on left --> Bank Information tab is not showing in the list.
Please help.

@Purva1 when you don't see Bank Information, it usually means one of two things:

1. Your company isn't using our Concur Pay feature for reimbursements of out of pocket expenses.

2. Your company does do direct deposit, but you enter your banking details through an internal portal or the details feed from your Payroll/HR file. 

I suggest asking your direct manager about what the process. I won't be able to tell from accessing your company's site, but your manager should have some idea.
