URGENT: How do I contact Concur community managers directly?

Hi all,

I have quite a sensitive topic that I need assistance with and I don't feel comfortable listing it publicly here. In the past the Concur community managers have helped, but I'm not sure how to reach them directly. Can any one help me contact one of them? It is a very serious issue and I urgently need help. 

I'm truly grateful for any assistance you could offer me.

I tried that, but I only get a shaded out button to Follow you or a link to your profile. There is no option to message you directly. If it is easier, you can email me at auff@its.jnj.com and I can respond directly to your email.
