Request for guidance on split receipts

Hi Everyone, 

 

Request for guidance, when the hotel has swiped my card twice one at the time of check-in and balance at the time of check-out. 

Now the receipt which I have been given does not match with the both the swipe and I am not able to submit my expenses. 

 

What is the best practice I need to follow or what is the best possible way to submit my expenses.
