I need assistance generating a report that shows the average age of an expense report.  I also need training in generating basic expense reports.

You'll find training resources here. Also, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you'll see a list of live classes that we offer online. You can register for these classes. If you haven't used Cognos reporting before, then I highly recommend this class so you can get a good foundation of how the tool works. The class is geared towards those with little or no Cognos experience and you cannot beat the price. The classes are FREE. :-).
