Reporting - All approved expenses (Approvers Home)

Great folks , I need your help. I have been trying to download (or copy) the data related to all the expenses I have approved (as a manager) in the last quarter. But the view on "Approvals Home" has no option to download or copy.

I am using the reports at the below link in concur :

Is someone an expert to solve this query?

@gargpu unfortunately, there is no download option for this screen. If you have access to build reports in Cognos, you could build your own report to show this. If you do not have Cognos access, you could reach out to someone at your company who does and see if they will build the report for you.
