@lorenzo_rancati this depends on whether your company is processing payments or if your company using Concur Pay.
The lead time for your company would also depend on how often the team that processes reports closes out the payment batch. It could be once a week or maybe once every two weeks. I recommend reaching out to either your Finance, Accounting or Payroll department to see if they can explain what your company's process is.
