@Baileyt so I'm understanding you correctly, when you view the receipts on the web version of SAP Concur, the receipts are blurry? When you say they are clear on your device are you talking about viewing them from your phone's photo album or are you viewing the receipts from an expense entry on your report using the mobile app?
