Phone App

We are having issues with users submitting reports using the phone app.  The error message is "Workflow.notupdated".  Is anyone else getting this message?  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still not working.

Thank you for reaching out.

This is a known issue that will be fixed  on the upcoming 9.86 release.  There is  a work around, that we can perform for entities having this issue to allow their Users to submit reports before the fix. Kindly reach out to your Concur Administrator to open a Support Case  so we can have the work around applied to your entity.
