Late Expense Report

I missed the deadline for my Supervisor to Approve the expense report. I still need to claim the money, what do I do or who do I contact to get this Expense report approved? I understand there is a late fee, but I want to keep that to a minimum as much as possible, yet there are no resources telling me who to go to when my direct Approver can no longer Approve the Report. Please help.
