I accidentally messed up my list management for cost center and all employee required cc's vanished

Can anyone help with this?  I was trying to add a new cost center to my list, but messed up and now all employee cost centers in the required field are gone in their profile settings.

@williamba can you describe what you did? Were you using the Import template to create the new cost center or did you try entering the cost center by hand?
