@surbhi submitted reports cannot be edited. You need to recall the report. From the SAP Concur home screen, click Expense at the top of the screen. On the next screen, you should see your submitted report. Click on the report tile to open the report. Once open, look for a Recall button. If you do not see one, then your company has turned off that option. You would need to contact your manager to have them send it back to you.
Once recalled or sent back, you can then make changes.
