How do you edit approved or locked reports?

I wrongly entered travel allowance for my supervisor and the report has been approved. How do I edit the report to correct the mistakes?

The report can only be recalled for a short time and once batched, I believe it cannot be changed.

@Henriette if the status of the report is fully approved, it cannot be edited. If the option has been turned on the Processor could recall the report, but only if the batch the report is in hasn't been closed. Most likely, the report is "stuck" as is.

You would need to speak to the last person who approved the report, which can be found by opening the report, clicking Report Details and selecting Audit Trail.
