How do I find my previous corporate credit card number?

I have to make a payment for the credit card, but when contacting US Bank for instructions, the transaction is against the previous card, which I destroyed when I recently received the new one. They asked me to contact you to find out the right credit card number. I only have the 4 last digits.  Who can give the number?

@rozoz hello there. We do not have access to full credit card numbers. I'm not sure why your bank would tell you to contact Concur when they are the ones who issued the card. 

I know this sounds like a run around or some crazy loop, but since the bank is issued the card, they should be able to help you. You would think that if they were owed money, they would want to easily collect the payment. 

Sorry we can't help, but for security and compliance reasons, we purposely do not see full credit card numbers.

Dear User,

if you can't see from previous statments the full card number, I would suggest you contact your company Credit card administrator, who would be able to retrive previous card number even if they have been cancelled.
