Flat file exceeds 255 columns error

Hello-  Totally out of my league here.

  We get a flat file from Concur and forward it to our Payment Processor.  Since what we believe is the latest MS 2022 update, our processor can no longer open the files.  They say it is because Microsoft has put a limit of 255 columns on the file?

  Is there a solution so that we can get a clean flat file with less than 255 columns to pass to our processor?  This happened on April 7th when we updated our Servers and installed the Security patches.

@Rjgoetz1 your question might be better suited posted in the User Admin Group. You can request to join the that group and as long as you are an Authorized Support Contact for your company or have administrative permissions you can get in. That group is only Site Administrators and someone may have come across this issue.
