@Charden not all of our customers have access to call SAP Concur Support. User Support Desk, as we call it, is an additional paid service. If your company doesn't have this service, you won't be able to speak directly to anyone.
However, may I offer my services as a possible help resource for you? I think if you ask anyone that is active here on the community, they will tell you I'm the go to person for help.
