Expense Report Receipts Dissapear after Submission

One of our employees submitted his expense report last week and all the receipt images dissapeared after he hit submit. I was curious if anyone else has had a problem similar to this? I talked to Support and they weren't able to recover the images so he had to submit without the receipts. We would like to prevent this from happening in the future. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there,

We had a similar situation, but our user was on New UI, so we had him delete the report (we sent back) and upload it again after switching back to previous UI. Thankfully, he still had the pictures of the receipts so they were not lost forever - just had to re-attach. I'm interested to see if this has happened to others.
