Error when Creating New Report (submitting expenses)

When attempting to create a new report I receive a popup with the following error message.

Sorry, but something went wrong with this task. Try refreshing the page, or sign out and sign in again.

If the problem persists, please contact your company administrator or help desk with the following incident code: 961b871d-0d24-4bed-b587-8be0b1d4c982

Has anyone else seen or dealt with this?

It could be temporary issue due to network glitches. You can try deleting your cache and creating new report again or try from a different browser.

This is still ongoing after 72 hours. Our IT team is looking into it, as it seems to be affecting multiple personnel for our company.
