Employee Upload blank out a field

Using the employee upload template, if I need to blank out an existing field that has data in it how would I enter it on the template without leaving a space.

@Victaulic what item are you wanting to leave out? Have you tried just deleting the data in that field and then do another upload?

I am trying to upload the template and getting errors for employees whose employee ID field is blank.  I don't know how an employee ID is created, any input?

@Krhodes Employee IDs are assigned to employees by your company. Usually this is assigned to them when they join the company. It is the employee's identifier in your HR system. I would recommend speaking with someone in your HR department.
