Differents expenses between 2 cars

Hello Team !

I need your help about personnal car expenses

My associate have 2 differents cars registered in Concur system and when I want to send an expense with the first one I have an expense of 17euros and with the other I have an expense of 27euros

Could you help to understand why

@GOESSENP your site is set up with what we call variable rates. This means if you drive over a certain amount of Kilometers in one year, the rate will change. For France, once you get to 5000km or more, the rate per km goes down. So, if they have two cars, most likely one car has gone over the 5000km limit and the other car has not.
