Currency Field issue in NEW UI

A few organizations tends to use the currency field as a read only field as part for the compliance.

In new UI, when the currency field is made read only field, the currency field remain unchanged when the city of purchase is updated,
Which seems to be bug when compared to the old UI. Irrespective of the access rights of the field the currency should get updated once city of purchase changes.

The currency change pop up is not present and neither the currency is not getting updated in the new UI.

@sreeleshskumar could you provide a screenshot of this, please? Be sure to include all fields. Also, if you could take a screenshot of the expense report before drilling into the individual entry, that would be great. So, I'm asking for two separate screenshots.
