@LovelyAsmolo hello there. I would recommend you post this and other configuration type questions in the Admin Group. This forum tends to be more trafficked by end users and not those who have site admin permissions. Your likelihood of getting a response here is low.
To join the admin group, I would suggest you update the email address you have here on your profile with your work email, unless the email you have listed here is the email that is assigned to your SAP Concur profile. The reason for that is before admitting you to the group, I check your SAP Concur profile to see that you have site admin permissions.
