Concur Support SLA

Hi,

I'm looking for Concur Support SLA/turnaround time information for both Standard edition & Professional/Premium edition and can't find it anywhere. Does someone have this information or point me in the direction where I can find it. Also, if you know if the SLA varies for the Expense & Travel module?

Unless you subscribe to Select Care, Advanced Care, or Essential Care, SAP Concur SLAs (both Standard and Pro) can be found here. Your Customer Success Partner or Client Sales Executive should be able to walk you through it. Hope this helps!
