@MillXC in my experience here on the Community, I have found that this happens when you are trying to enter your username and password from this Community into the username and password fields on the mobile app.
To access SAP Concur Mobile, you need an SAP Concur username and password that must be set up by your company's SAP Concur site administrator. Has this been done? If you aren't sure, I suggest speaking with your direct manager to get a request submitted for you to get an SAP Concur profile.
