Can not add my amex to my profile

I continue to get an error stating "Error at American Express Cards.  We're sorry, there was a technical problem updating your account at American Express Cards.  Please try again later. (Error 412)


1) I have verified, multiple times, that my login information is correct

2) I have cleared cache and used a new and different browser - same error

3) I have tried to create an incident - chat support told me I am "unable to create an incident" and can not help me


I just want to add my card to my profile.  This has been going on for 2 days.

@KevinD - It has now been over a week after getting the same error and no support from SAP/Concur.  Can you please help?

@SarahCSEI On the front of your card, is there a Business logo?

Check with your administrator if your company allows personal cards to be uploaded in the system.
