Audit Rule Authorisation - non-admin

Is there a way for an expense approver to be granted authorisation to create audit rules?

I have the authority to approve expenses however I am not the main concur admin at my company. 

Is there a setting that allows my company's administrator to delegate me the authority to create audit rules?

@iqrasuryani it isn't a delegation per se, but you can be given the permission to create Audit Rules. However, this permission also allows access to other admin functions. So, as long as your site admin is okay with that, they can assign you the permission.
