Administrator can't change user's approver

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've been the Concur administrator for several years now. All of a sudden I can't edit any of my users profiles.  I need to change a user's approver.

Has something changed?

@LouisvilleLou is this still an issue? 

 

Nothing has changed on the User Profile screen, so it must have been some sort of system glitch/anomaly.

Yes, thank you. You are correct. There must have just been a glitch that day. The next day when I logged in, I was able to complete the task.

Why would I not have access to update an expense approvers default approver in concur even if it is temporary? Mine is greyed out.
