@markgettings One thing I can tell you without seeing your expense report is that the HCP attendee type is for Doctors only, not Nurses or Nursing. That may be the issue. There should be an attendee type you can add called HCP Staff. Try using that attendee type instead and let me know if it works for you.
If it doesn't work, send me a private message with your full name and the company you work for so I can look at your report.
