Can we add Pop Up Messages while submitting the expenses in concur? The intent to provide the message is employee awareness on the Policy.
For example, If the employee is submitting Hotel Expense, the Popup message should appear stating "Mini Bar Charges are not reimbursable as per Policy": Is this feasible to configure. Please let me know?
Customised POP UP is not avaibile in the tool. However, you can try adding an "Audit Rule" or you can add your specific HR policies at the company notes level.
