Is anyone else experiencing a system outage with no access and a very large Outage notice? Concur Open shows no outage and I have sent feedback and tried multiple browsers with the same results.
I recommend you subscribe to the Concur Open service status. You will find the link at the bottom left of your Concur landing page (Service Status (region's name).
You can see the different modules status. When you subscribe to the alerts, Concur will send you emails when the outage was reported and when it is resolved. Use these messages to alert your users in your company's intranet or by email.
