The issue you described above needs further troubleshooting. I suggest that you open a Support ticket or reach out to your SAP Concor Admin to open on your behalf. Kindly include a recording of the issue showing from the time you capture a receipt until the crash happens. Also include Concur app version installed on your device and model# of your Galazy s10+ device.
